Years before Ford sent out a recall notice but back then we had no issues and the fact that all of our Ford products have always been the most reliable we've ever had to return to the retailer so we put it on hold. Now that we had this problem the review was closed and we had to pay for this repair. Instead I went to You-Tube and found a video on how to replace this part that even had a part number. I ordered a part from Revain and replaced it myself. Problem solved.
