This cooler works great. First. By the end of our first year with it, I was having trouble finding replacement filters and was forced to spend $50 more on 12 filter packs than the cooler itself costs. Then it was only a year after the purchase. , I noticed that the water temperature began to drop to 50 degrees (according to the manufacturer, it should be between 40 and 46 degrees). I disconnected and reconnected it hoping for some sort of reset. Bad luck. Now, just over 13 months after purchase, the temperature reads 61 degrees. Something "cooler". Designed to fail immediately after the warranty expires.
