I appreciate them working with us on this and would consider buying from HL again the future.Thanks,Kate-------We bought one as many have during COVID quarantine when our gym was closed. However, I don't use it as often as I should because the main shaft does not seem to be straight, and causes a lot of squeaking. We have used WD-40, I've tightened it as much as it'll go, and short of pulling the handlebars to the left with extra might, it persists. It's a sturdy bike otherwise.
