I realized in time what was happening and hooked it into a free regular sata II (because 2 ich10 6 Gb / s slots were filled with ssd). As the grandmother whispered - again quiet and smooth. I continued to experiment with controllers (including hinged ones) and made sure that only with Intel ones it works fine in AHCI. Finally, he found his place in htpc to my TV, where, probably, he will stand to the end :). Perhaps I was lucky - I got tenacious, because. in laptops at work, 3 of them burned out (out of 4 ! - this is 75% marriage !), without even working for a year.
