Good for the price for my opinion
These are thin and flexible, so they lie flat. Most stuff won't stick to them, and they are easy to rinse off. One thing I hadn't counted on: you can't just brush off little bits of stuff, they don't slide across the silicone surface. These are non-stick, but not in the slick way of a teflon sheet. (But silicone seems to be a healthier choice than teflon.)
