Well the product was delivered quickly - I liked it - I didn't even have to wait a day for it. The second good thing is that the packaging was fine, not torn and looked good. Now for the bad - not heated enough to melt the wax. 5 hours after trying and heating the photos, the result was maximum non-fusible, no odor was emitted. Nothing. was a waste of time and money. While it looked great it didn't do what it was bought for but if you just want light it's perfect. But if you want a wax heater to diffuse fragrance in your space, NO, that's not the way to go.
