I have been looking for this product for a long time. Saline solution without preservatives in handy bottles? You might think it's easy, but it's surprisingly hard to find. If that's what you want, you've found it. I'm happy with that. I use it for the eyes and also to clean the nasal passages, where it is also important to avoid preservatives. Let me say something about the expiry date because that seems to raise a lot of concerns. This is unpreserved salt water. Yes, of course something can grow in salt water, of course - look at the sea - and you don't want to promote it. But if you don't put anything in it that can grow in it, nothing will happen. In itself it does not deteriorate. I have personally opened bottles of this product and used them for more than 15 days, more like months without any problems in my opinion. I trust closed bottles longer. Yes, we must be careful with our eyes and what we put in them. But understand that your eyes, like mine, are not sterile. They're constantly exposed to all sorts of nasty things that blow up, rise off the ground, we rub against them, and somehow they survive. This is a great product, I've been using it for a while and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for the eyes and nose.
