Review on 🍱 Bentgo Kids Children's Lunch Box: Fun and Functional Mealtime Companion by Matthew Flores

Have bought 5 of these lunch boxes in the last 2 years, 2 are still in use. Pros: You can pack a variety of items without getting tons of dishes dirty every day. For this reason, many parents in kindergarten wanted to know where I got it from. Bad: Moldy seals and broken latches. After a month, at least a few small spots of mold can contaminate the rubber seal. These bins are in intense rotation and quickly empty. The broken locks are the result of the daycare staff locking them, not rough handling of the child. They always break in the same spot where the latch catches the cover, not the latch itself. I would also recommend not washing them in the dishwasher, I see a big difference in how the rubber insert compares to the ones that are bought after my dishwasher broke. The ones I put in the dishwasher not only feel weathered, they absorb odors so after a while they start to smell like a fridge that hasn't been deodorized in years. not appetizing. Overall I still think these are great lunch boxes but with some annoying issues. I might consider buying them at a discount but not for the full $30.
