Healthy & Organic Best in Health Supplies

I put some in my dog food but found out (through a phone call) that you can use it in smoothies for yourself. It's packed with nutrients and you don't need much - maybe 1/8-1/4 teaspoon in a smoothie - I can't taste it (otherwise I wouldn't use it!). I add it to bone broth or other dishes and it's not noticeable. This is a healthy addition to my dog food and food.
