IIMII Portable handheld clothes steamers are lightweight and very convenient to hold with one hand, weighing only 2.7 pounds with a full water tank. but sometimes it spits out water even when upright (contrary to advertising). The IIMII steamer has a low and high setting by simply pulling the trigger and has a metal surface that heats up to iron fabrics faster. I've tried several items of clothing including a shirt which is surprisingly sturdy and difficult to iron. The IIMII steamer did a pretty good job as is the result I get from an iron on an ironing board. The best thing about this steamer is that unlike irons, you don't have to worry about buttons, embroidery, etc. or leaving marks because you pressed the iron too hard or it was too hot. They smooth fabrics, don't require an ironing board and won't burn delicate fabrics. They can do a lot more than smooth out creases in fabrics. The steam cleaner is great for cleaning mirrors, shower doors and even removing odors and dust from bedding and upholstery. I would like the IIMII steamer to reach a higher temperature to disinfect fabrics as well. The maximum temperature it reached was 212°F (100°C). A minimum of 121°C (250°F) is required to disinfect fabrics and surfaces. Also, the steamer heats up in 28-30 seconds, double the advertised 15s. The IIMII is well built, efficient, performs as well as other more expensive devices, and comes with a longer warranty than most.
