At first my eldest dog did not seem to like it, but my youngest took to it right away, within 2 weeks it is now my eldest dog's favorite place to rest, and I occasionally join him on it for a scratch and scritch to build positive associations to the bed and there is plenty of room for the both of us and the padding is enough for even I to feel quite comfortable.Vinnie - shown in the bed, is 55 pounds, and he is able to stretch out when he pleases.
