I ordered on AliExpress at a discount, since the price difference compared to local and online stores is simply huge. Moreover, the delivery was quite fast for me - only two weeks. There were no problems with setting up the adapter - to set it up under Windows 7, you just need to install the necessary drivers that can be found on the adapter itself (for the first time it is defined as a regular flash drive). There were no problems on Ubuntu 20.04 either - just download the driver, compile and install it, which is done with a couple of commands, and this despite the fact that this adapter is not officially supported (accordingly, I took it at my own peril and risk).
