Recently, I made a purchase from AltSkin, and I must say that I was underwhelmed with the quality of the customer care I received. Although there is an excellent assortment of costumes and accessories to choose from, the shipment that I received was missing numerous items. I attempted to get in touch with their customer support team, but the persons I spoke to were both unhelpful and unresponsive. When I did eventually get a response, I was informed that the things I had ordered but not received were no longer available and that I would not be entitled to a refund. This was quite upsetting to me because I had already paid for the things and was anticipating receiving everything that I had ordered from them. It is also important to note that the prices listed on the AltSkin website are frequently deceptive. After making a purchase, I discovered that the actual cost of some things was much higher than the price listed on the website. The entirety of my time spent with AltSkin was marred by unsatisfactory results. Their mediocre customer service and misleading pricing make it difficult to recommend them to others, despite the fact that they provide a diverse selection of products at rates that are affordable. If you do choose to shop with AltSkin, I would strongly advise you to examine your order well and get ready for the possibility that there will be problems with their customer care.
