This is by far the best way to safely and thoroughly clean your glasses. Much better than microfiber or other fabrics. I used to wash my glasses - - when they got dirty - - under the tap with Dawn and warm water. It corrodes nose gel (is that a term?) but tends to corrode hinges and hinge screws. They do their job quickly and thoroughly and your glasses will be ready to use in seconds. It smells faintly of alcohol, but very faint. They're also great for camera lenses - an accidental thumbprint disappears almost instantly. Other reviewers have mentioned dry packs; this is not my experience.
