It is impossible to show the engraved side without the tag falling out.
If you have an engraved Airtag and want to display this part, look elsewhere. They are made in such a way that the white side of the airtag fits into the "pocket" of the housing. You can definitely place your Air Tag white side out, but you risk falling out.
