It was great to use a single platform that allowed us to test across all our apps. We were also able to manage our feedback and customer journeys. If you are looking to expand your UX analytics tool set, Azetone is a great solution. The software was very confusing to navigate and was not very intuitive. Some of our features were better suited for the web interface only. It was not a bad product, but the web interface was clunky! We wanted to expand our UX analytics tools and learn more about our end user journeys. Azetone enabled us to do this. If you are looking for some new tools check out this service. We were able to create a consistent voice for our brand and learn more about our customers journeys from a more holistic perspective. I like that you can use it to test different versions of an app in order to improve its user experience. Also, the fact that you can integrate with other tools makes it really useful. It's not free but it is cheap. As mentioned before, it's good to be able to test different versions of an app if needed. We have been using it to improve our customer's experience by testing different versions of our apps.
