Updated review: I get pretty bad dandruff and after trying 4-6 different products to control it, this is really the only thing that works. It comes in a teeny-tiny hard aluminum bottle (so many complaints here) but since nothing else works like this does, it still gets 4/5.Here's what you do: Use any other shampoo first to get your hair sufficiently wet then use a small amount of this and make sure it gets in deep to your scalp. Let it soak in 2-3 minutes before you rinse. Directions state 2-3 times / week but my flaking is bad enough that I have to use it every day. I wish they'd make a bigger bottle or a pump bottle to make dispensation easier.
