Make sure it's compatible with your lights

I had high hopes but my extra lights didn't work well with this switch. The switch worked as expected, but the light offered little adjustment and was very sensitive. Mounting the dimmer is easy - just drill a hole. The wiring is a bit smoother. I wish this switch had blades on the back instead of flying wires. Free wires must be soldered or crimped into another connector. With only 7 inches of cable, they won't connect directly to anything else, so you'll need to prepare your wiring and connectors.
