I love that it has so many tools for different types of clinics. It is easy to use and it's just overall an excellent product. There isn't anything I dislike about this software. The system does what it says and can handle a large amount of appointments at once. It is very simple to learn how to use and if you have basic computer skills then you will be fine using it. If you are looking for a program that will give you detailed reports and make managing your clinic easy it is the right software for you. We use clinic essentials to schedule and track all of our appointments. It also helps us keep up to date with patient records and billing information. It makes everything easier and more organized. The main thing I like about this software it's its simplicity! There are many other complicated programs out there that seem complex for no reason. It has everything I need in one place (and nothing more). Nothing at all - perfect! As far as any problems go; if they do come up, they can be fixed very quickly by contacting customer service! This program makes my life easier!
