The box came in a tattered black box and the tape holding it closed and the 'new' gift was cut off exactly as it was previously used (you could just repeat - glue that at least?), the rose was cut out and was on top of a plastic container showing hot glue to put it together and there was a scratch on the necklace. I don't usually write reviews even if the product doesn't work. But it was really confusing. I would not recommend it. The rose was pretty and they say it can be used.
