but couldn't break it so I really love it gladly. It's a little fluffier than the typical embroidery cotton (pearl) but not noticeable unless the two types are next to each other. I wouldn't use it for satin stitches, but it's no problem for decorative crazy topstitching or cross stitching. I've seen a few reviews complaining about too much of one color or another in the orders, but I think there must have been a mismatch: I got a great mix. Indeed it was an amazing price for a wide range of colors and the only thing I can complain about is that you don't get the usual two day delivery from Revain. (it took 5 days)
