I bought this case to use with ClearCorrect aligners. Overall this is a great case, small enough to easily fit in my pocket and has a high rubber lining inside which seems to make a great waterproof seal. It also stays closed in the pocket. It comes with a small plastic insert that divides the chamber into 4 sections, but it's very easy to remove if you're only using it for a retainer or aligner. I'm 6'5" tall with a large jaw and all 4 wisdom teeth. As a result, my aligners are a bit longer/wider than most and they hardly fit together. Unless you have a particularly wide smile or all of your wisdom teeth, I don't expect it that you have this problem.
