I like to use my headphones at work and on the train and I often listen to music or podcasts for more than 6 hours a day. I used to use cheaper bluetooth headphones but my favorite model was discontinued so I wanted to try the Jaybird Tarahs. I chose this model because it had good sound (not amazing, but good for the price) and a comfortable fit. that I could imagine wearing over a long period of time. However, silicone earbuds are not intended for frequent use as they started to change shape after a few months, which severely degraded the fit. Maybe I just have hot ears, but after 7 months the silicone has already warped and stretched quite a bit - it fits my ear canal perfectly, but that means there isn't really a good seal holding the eartip in my ear. I feel like I have to keep putting them back in, which is very frustrating for headphones that are less than a year old. I don't like being a frequent shopper and buying things over and over again so I'm disappointed in that. They couldn't last for several months without depreciating in value. Wouldn't buy again.
