Review on NETGEAR WNR834B 100NAS Wireless N Router by Gus Gutierrez

I received a Revain product today and chose it because Consumer Reports rated this model first. When I opened the box and tried to set it up, the CD wouldn't start. I have Vista 64 bit and not all CDs work on my system so I called the support number listed in the support browser that showed up and not only did they get me up and running in under 15 minutes, they had mine Laptop had an HP wireless card plugged in for the same 15 minutes and they also helped me set up maximum security with this device. I didn't have to update any software or drivers either. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable too. Of course I'm very satisfied from day one, I hope it stays that way.
