Advantages:* Fairly accurate. It showed 12.4V and my multimeter showed 12.25V. That's enough for normal use in the car.* The flip cover can be rotated. This is useful as you can still see voltage readings when using the bottom connector. Other similar chargers where you can't rotate the cover means you can't read the voltage when the device is plugged in.* Standard form factor. This diameter and attachment method is very common, so you can easily replace old sockets or order covers. Cons: * YOU MUST PRESS THE POWER BUTTON TO TURN ON THE POWER EVERY TIME YOU TURN ON THE CAR! This is a ridiculous design. Every time I get in the car and start it do I have to plug in my phone and then press the very small power button on that outlet? Too bad this poor design choice makes this unusable for me.
