I've only lately started utilizing these nozzles, so here are some remarks I have to make: When I just went to the dentist for a cleaning, the nozzle is good, the bristles are tough enough to clean very effectively, even excellently, and it also reaches awkwardly placed areas. The nozzle is big enough to effectively remove plaque without hurting the gums. It also cleans gently. Teeth have become whiter with time. Good nozzle, gives off the best impression of use,
