I've always had a screen protector on my Pixel 4XL since day one so the screen is clean with no scratches, dents, smudges etc so it's easy to apply. Those screen protectors, right? Not correct. So wrong. In the first one I had a lot of blisters that just didn't go over the edges. The right edge didn't stick either - it floated above the rounded edge of the screen. Also, the microfiber cloth actually left a lot of lint instead of cleaning it. Take 2: This time I tried hugging the left side of the install guide so the right edge would hold up better, but the same thing happened again, bubbles, climbs and all. No bubbles! But wait, almost half of the edges don't match, mostly right again and also around the bottom and bottom left edges. Eeeeh. Will I dare a fourth try? Maybe later.
