First of all, the product wasn't packaged very well - it was not protected at all. But he wasn't hurt in any way, so that's good. It didn't provide instructions for orienting the case when installing it on a laptop, but it wasn't hard science. The keyboard cover isn't sticky like I thought - which would make sense right? It just sits on top and you can take it off or put it back on whenever you want. I experimented by typing with it, and it moved or flipped if I ran my finger over it too hard. I was disappointed it didn't catch on, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The protective film was difficult to apply - there were no mounts, so I had to fingerprint one of the corners. The cleaning cloth that was also included did not help at all and ran on my screen. Overall, the case's durability seems legitimate, but only time will tell. The application process could have been smoother but once everything was included I was satisfied.
