First of all, the product wasn't packaged very well - it was not protected at all. But he wasn't hurt in any way, so that's good. It didn't provide instructions for orienting the case when installing it on a laptop, but it wasn't hard science. The keyboard cover isn't sticky like I thought - which would make sense right? It just sits on top and you can take it off or put it back on whenever you want. I experimented by typing with it, and it moved or flipped if I ran my finger over it too hard…
