Review on 🚀 Airaid Cold Air Intake System AIR-510-307: Boost Horsepower, Exceptional Filtration | Compatible with 2013-2020 SUBARU/TOYOTA/SCION (BRZ, 86, FR-S) by Brandon Hilton

You may not notice a huge performance boost as it only adds a few horsepower (Airaid claims 5hp) but you can hear it when the throttle is open. Don't get me wrong, it's not as loud as adding a secondary exhaust, but it does add a bit of growl to the engine. I went this route first as it is the least expensive and a necessary upgrade when trying to maximize performance. I definitely like the position of the filter box. The box is closed and the top is insulated which provides some isolation from the heat from the engines and it's high enough not to suck in rainwater and ruin my engine. Now I'm just waiting for step 2 to come to my door so I can add a new exhaust and catalytic converter. In general I am satisfied with the reception.
