I had better! - Pre-Workout

I am only rating this product 3 stars because it really quells my hunger and does NOT cause me jitters or crashes. It didn't work for me until I actually started working out and I took it half an hour before it started. For me I need a slightly more powerful pre-workout program that kicks in right away and I've had plenty but thought it would be worth a try given the price and see where it goes. I took it up to five days a week for two weeks. Next time I'll take something else. It's actually soft for me. Compared to what I was taking before (Lipo6, Hydroxycat, Animals, Cellucor and Oxyelite to name a few).
