We installed the chrome version first and then the brushed nickel version in the other tub. Brushed nickel is very yellow, a cross between brushed nickel and brushed brass. Faucet, three-hole lid and matching drain. It's not ugly, but it doesn't go well with towel rails, drawers, and the like -- and that's kind of okay. A polished nickel drain is completely different and of much better quality than a chrome drain - that's Grohe quality - because only Grohe can make the yellow brushed nickel colour. Anyone can craft a chrome drain to use elsewhere. The chrome drain is decent - just not Grohe quality. Overall not disappointed but 4 stars not 5.
