This highly concentrated formula is long lasting, effective, safe for homes with children and pets and has a light citrus-orange scent. It really doesn't leave a film or residue and the essential oils leave a nice sheen on the floor. No rinsing required! When I first used it after using regular floor cleaners like Pinesol I was amazed at how much residue it removed. The floors were no longer sticky and felt good barefoot. The feeling of cleanliness lasted for several days. When I switched to a wet-dry microfiber mop, it removed even more residue and left my feet feeling clean for even longer. Using this floor cleaner with a damp dry mop makes cleaning floors so easy! I spray the floor with a spray bottle and wipe at the same time. In less than 20 minutes I get a dry and wet mop about 20ft by 40ft. I've used it on vinyl, wood and other hard surfaces. I have also had good experiences with our wooden furniture. This helped partially restore the luster of a 1970's wooden dining table. I just spray on and then wipe off with a microfiber cloth or cleaning cloth. I can just spray and wipe most leftover food on without soaking it first. I even cleaned my son's high chair with it. In fact, after cleaning up all the burnt baby food and sticky handprints, his vinyl Bumbo chair made it almost like new. I inherited it when my girlfriend's two year old outgrew it and personally I've never seen it so shiny. I cleaned it with Windex first and it got rid of the dirt off my girlfriend's daughter but it still looked dull and used. After using this on him I was amazed that after heavy use with two kids he could still look just as good. While I really like this product, don't get me wrong and think it will work wonders on anything. It doesn't remove black scuffs or anything like that. It works best with organic debris (like food and dirt). Fat may require multiple applications or a completely different product. For really badly dried out stains, you may need to soak for 1-5 minutes before wiping and it may take a few tries to remove completely. Don't expect a high gloss either, although it does add a natural shine to items. After all, this is not an all-purpose cleaner, although it can be used for a wide variety of purposes.
