White, yes. 16.9, yes. That's the best I can say. First of all, I'm a cyclist with decades of experience. I had both cheap and very expensive things. I knew where it was going, but I needed plain white pedals. Here you are. Fit and ready, the poor thing. The waves hardly turn. A very sharp throwing jab on one pedal while the other is completely blocked. I needed the sides of the pedals to be OPEN to attach the pedal straps. They came battered and scratched to boot. A pedal has a slight curve towards the shaft. I had expected defects for €9. I don't think I'll buy another set though. Of course I have to change them to make them work. I bet the quality control at this company is not that strict. Bottom line: if you want cheap pedals, these will do. You just need a little work. My advice, spend a little more and buy something better.
