The sign is not as robust as in the picture. It is a sheer fabric and has grommets for hanging but needs to be tightened to remain legible. This is a small, flimsy SHEER shield, but not at all like the one in the picture. If you put it in the garden, you will hardly be able to see it. It's better to hang on the wall or porch. Balloons are balloons, you get a good variety of colors.
