Works great with the Cisco IP Phone 7945. People that I'm talking to say I'm very clear sounding, and I use it in a noisy environment. The quick connect is great too so you don't have to constantly pull the cord out of the phone.I was worried the cheaper headset would not work as well at the 100+ dollar versions but this have been great so far. Comfortable and the mic swings 180 so you can use either ear. Seems well built and in 3 months had no issues thus far.No need for an amplifier with this

The headset is easy to use, reverses to switch ears. The sound quality is good, and plugging it in was simple. Would recommend this product.

Plugged right into my cisco 7942 I have at my desk at work.It seems like I am in more and more meeting and with my work cell phone not liking bluetooth and not having a headphone jack (thanks apple) I purchase this headset. This headset works and sounds wonderful. I had a different headset for work and sounded like the person on the other end was far away. I use this almost every day and it sounds clear to me and to the person on the other end of the line.This is a great addition to an office, especially if you need to talk on the phone and be on a computer at the same time.

These headsets are a decent price, but callers seem to have trouble hearing on some of the units. When used with splitters, the sound is even farther away. The band is comfortable and so is the padded ear piece. In a communications center that uses headsets 24/7, these are used and abused, also moved around alot. They have a 6 month life with heavy use, but overall a decent product when you can't spend hundreds on a single headset.

Bought three of these for staff who answer phones in a busy Medical facility. All 3 staff love them. Inexpensive and comfortable. It’s been a couple of months so we will see how durable they are.

We bought this headset for our small business and it has helped so much. Since Covid-19, our phone calls have increased a lot and this headset works with our phone system and allows us to talk for long periods hands free. Good sound quality too.

Works great on my Cisco 7945. Only downside is that you have to continuously hold the mute button to have mute work. It's not click on and click off. Don't make the mistake of thinking it is! While it doesn't offer the full functionality like the Cisco ones do, like the ability to answer and end with the headset, it works great for what it is. I can certainly press a button to answer for the $200+ difference.

This headset works as advertised. (CISCO 7821). I do have a big head but it is quite comfortable. Added plus is I can be heard clearly even though I am wearing an N95 mask.

Unfortunately I was unable to get the headset to work. tried all 3 "free gifts” adapters and I could hear but was unable to be heard.

My coworker & I have the same headset. Hers works fine. I got mine and I can barely hear anything. I increased the headset audio and the audio on the actual phone, nothing. Very disappointed.

Arrived fast and worked great for the first 2 weeks. The sound quality was nice and clear. There wasn't any static and the caller could hear me without any issues. I purchased these for work to assist with answering the front desk phone and to conduct phone interviews. After 2 weeks it stopped working though. When I answer the phone or try to place a call there is no sound. I will be returning.

This headset works very well. I use it at work & it saves my shoulder from holding the phone all day. The only thing I wish I could tell is if I had the mute on, but that is a very tiny issue.
