First the good part. This is a good looking watch with temperature and humidity measurement capabilities that will go well with most indoor environments. Now the rest of the story. I've been looking for a good outdoor digital watch for several years that has the features of this watch and is water resistant. I must say right away that it is almost impossible to find such an article. I use this on my front porch in Florida so having something that resists moisture is important and I figured this is just what I need. It advertised several different mounting options and was good for high humidity environments. When attaching this to the aluminum posts I figured I could use a hanger on the back or attach velcro to the back. What hasn't been mentioned is that no matter how you attach it, you'll need to keep the suction cups on to keep it waterproof, but that makes it a lot harder to attach with anything other than suction cups. My solution was to remove them and seal the holes they were attached to as you can see in the picture. The next issue I had to deal with was attaching the back cover. It comes with a large o-ring to ensure it seals properly. After many tries, I decided I couldn't keep the o-ring in place. Look closely at the picture and you will see where it is pinched on the side. Without this seal it is not waterproof. I went ahead and installed it with velcro and it looks fine. It just won't be as waterproof as I was hoping. At this price I do not recommend. If you need a digital watch in a high humidity environment, just buy a cheap digital watch and replace it every year or two when it gets wet. For some reason, finding a truly waterproof digital watch is almost impossible. Update: After writing this review, KADAMS contacted me about the issues I was having. They have done everything to make their product right. Because of their excellent customer service, I've upgraded their overall rating to 3 stars and asked them to let me know if they update this or similar products.
