To see something in this mirror you have to hold it right up to your face, otherwise it's too blurry to see anything at all because the magnification is too high, more like a microscope. When he's that close, there's not even room for an eyeshadow stick between you and the mirror, so he's useless for applying makeup, which should be his goal. The light is good but pointless as you can't use this mirror for makeup. The only purpose I see for this product is if you want a good Halloween scare by watching your pores enlarge to monstrous sizes. Just don't plan on using a pore strip because there won't be enough space between your pores and the mirror to see it!
