It would be nice if instructions were included. I had to find a video on YouTube - nothing official on how to easily replace the touchscreen - most videos show replacing the entire display. Note that the black frame on the touchscreen can be removed with almost no cracking - I did it on 3 sides, but the 4th cracked. The video also shows that it is torn. A "complete" kit should include a replacement black bezel to complete the installation. One thing I would like to commend is the adhesive on the screen - it worked incredibly well and I didn't have to use my own adhesive as shown in the video.
