This product and company is a complete scam, you will never get proper wifi signal as advertised. Three months later one of the decos stopped working, I've been talking to their tech support for over 3 weeks now. With the same result, they have no idea what's going on and keep asking the same question because they don't support their own elements. You can do your best to buy other brand Linsksys, other than this brand Netgear. I have 1 job and 1 broken job that doesn't cover my whole house. Spend your money and get the best brand, you'll thank me later.
