very upset what should I do? Help, very disappointed. Bought it based on the great reviews to protect my Seagate Plus data. I only connected "cap" and USB to three different computers (1 Windows) but it never lights up and doesn't blink. I carefully lifted the cap with HD but the pins do not make contact with the Seagate Plus HD. Also, I connected the power cord and plug to the computers. However, I still get the USB disconnect message due to power consumption. The power cord should have prevented this. Please advice, I don't know what to do.
