I bought this first one because I love these bottles and the second one because my wife keeps taking my other two blender bottles which are already 3-4 years old and using them for making homemade salad dressings used, which prevented me from using them for weeks. She likes them too. I mostly use them as water bottles, but they're great for mixing supplements, as well as things like homemade salad dressing. my old 28oz bottles. I've had the bottle for about 6 months and the last time I used it the lid cracked. Maybe it's not something to be too disappointed considering he's 6 months old. But based on my experience with the other two bottles being at least 4 years old and the green one may be over 5 years old this was very disappointing as I was expecting a similar lifespan. I keep buying another one hoping it was just a manufacturing defect. But I will also contact the manufacturer and see if I am entitled to a new cover.
