3 rhinestones missing after only 2 days

I was so excited to get this but it is very poorly made. Looked great on arrival. Unfortunately, after only 2 days, 3 rhinestones are already missing! My dog's last rhinestone collar is old and dirty but still has all the rhinestones on!
