I bought this for my 2010 Honda CR-V EXL and was so excited! The first picture is a stock picture of how my stereo looked before, the second picture is the actual picture after it was in my car. Contrary to the product information, you need a dashboard kit for installation, which is not included. I installed it completely last Sunday evening so I didn't have to play with it much. The next morning on my way to work I plugged my iPhone into the original charger and used Apple CarPlay and everything was fine for the first few minutes. It would shut down all the time and restart every few minutes. When turned back on it froze until I unplugged the USB and plugged it back in. After this morning I stopped using CarPlay and just used Bluetooth instead and everything was fine until about an hour ago. I got in my car to go shopping and it didn't light up at all. I turned off the car and restarted it, nothing. Went to the store, left, and nothing. As you can see from the video, pressing the power button doesn't work, pressing and holding doesn't work, touching the screen doesn't work. I will ask for my money back but unfortunately I ran out of money I spent on the dashboard kit. I would also like to mention that if you have the same car as mine, the stock radio is very deep (goes into the dash - see third and fourth pics) while it is much smaller. I had to go to Lowe for 1.5" screws to install this or there would be a gaping hole between my car's frame and this stereo. If all went well with that, it would be an amazing stereo for the price. The touchscreen was very responsive and easy to navigate. To finish it off, buyers beware!
