I drive a 2002 F-150 and it is listed as a direct fit (no frame required) according to the Amazon page. The product fits in width but is too big in height. If they say it fits my car and it clearly doesn't fit, it may not fit yours. Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy.

I was very impressed and surprised at the same time by this stereo. This stereo is amazing! The touchscreen is really responsive and my standard speakers sound better. I find it hard to understand why anyone would pay hundreds of dollars more for one of these when this one works so well. All in all a great product and I would definitely recommend this stereo.

cost per exp and i thought it was the best quality. Wrong, the device restarts every 10 minutes. Support advised me to use Apple's original cable to avoid a reboot. I told them what I did and it keeps restarting. Even I give up Carplay and only listen to radio today, it also restarts without plugging it in and stuff. Don't waste your time with this stereo setup and you'll give up like me.

The screen is lightweight and looks good. Screen Mirror only works for Google Play. When using the USB connection for the Spotify and Waze apps, the device would freeze and reboot every few minutes. I requested a replacement and then noticed how many apps appeared on the new device. But the rear AUX ports for video in/out, audio, and subwoofer didn't work. So I'm sending both back. Good buy for simple use. I wouldn't recommend hooking up a system to it.

My car is not included in the Direct Install Kit but I did a little research online. As long as I can get the dashboard adapter everything should be fine. I got the dash kit from another car accessory site and it goes well with this dual stereo. Entry level welding was required to connect the radio cable and stereo cable.
