I really like these lights so I'm very disappointed with what happened. I used lights and liked them so I ordered 2 more packs. Shortly thereafter I noticed that the plug was very hot for her even though the light was not. I used them to see if they actually worked and wouldn't blow a fuse or start a fire. Well, to my dismay, they just stopped working one night and didn't work for very long. After a while they started working again, but I noticed that some of the real lights were burnt black and of course didn't work at all. I checked the instructions that came with it, but couldn't find anything about usage time or warnings. So did I get a bad string or will they all do the same thing? Many Thanks.
