So if you have to put a basket by your grandma's chair and she puts 3 tissues and a newspaper in it, these are your bags! If you are looking for a cheaper family trash bag option then I suggest you keep looking. My first thought when buying it was that we simply fill the bags less full and take them out more often. It didn't work for us. Also the pockets are clean and I didn't think this would be a problem for me but as it turns out I was more worried than I thought after seeing the debris in the pockets. We are currently using bags in bathroom jars until they are gone. Note that I really don't feel that the bags were misrepresented by the manufacturer. Dimensions, thickness and opacity have been clearly stated. There was a misunderstanding on my part as to how this item could be used effectively in my situation.
