Great but expect to buy spare parts or fix design issues

So I installed it the first time. Use 3 layers of Teflon tape in the appropriate direction to turn the fittings. Now both the shower head and the sprayer are very good. It has an additional atomizer mount so you get a pretty complete kit. But the quality of some parts and the design made it a tedious and unsuccessful attempt. The o-ring and fitting go cheap on a pipe on your wall. A small trickle of water will ooze out. Now that I hand tightened it, the o-ring didn't fold on its own, so it just had to be turned a little with a wrench to get a better seal. A little turn of the key, and a small leak turned into a stream of water. O-ring and fitting are not well designed. The o-ring is inserted into the pipe rather than remaining in the fitting to create a seal and because of this it just doesn't seal properly. This gives the impression that a wrench is needed to do the job, but in fact the threads had already bottomed out and it broke when I turned it a quarter turn. I got a new pipe to replace as my threads didn't have too sharp edges and were at an odd angle that would surely have hurt other fittings. Another issue is the included shower head. The fitting on the arm is integral with the arm, so you have to twist the whole thing to tighten the fitting and hope it's not at an awkward angle for aesthetics and proper showerhead placement. Another treat. The switch is a bit cheap. Be careful with that. I hope your first install goes well because if you have to undo all the fittings you could have a bad time if you only have the basic tools. For example. I tightened this shower bracket just enough so it was centered and looked right. It was difficult to detach because it was stuck. The diverter is a bit small so good luck making it by hand and not scratching it or raising your hand. If you have a vise to secure it, do so. Remove the whole from the pipe to the wall and then remove the parts. Using a rag or towel, wrap the deflector in the correct orientation and loosen the attachment that way if you can. Basically, you should spend a little more for a solid product overall. If you can get this, you'll have more installation hassle and will probably pay Home Depot $20 for a better diverter with quality fittings anyway. With Home Depot's best faucet, it didn't leak at all when installed (finger tight).
