Low battery, unresponsive commands, system crashes

If you do nothing, please read my review! Yes, it's long, but I'm trying to save you the headache. I wish I had read the reviews before my mom bought this! NO PRESENT! I wish my daughter had never seen this YouTube video. I had to tell my daughter that "Santa" was dead. Little did we know (because I hadn't read the previous reviews, like I should have) that the battery would only last 10 minutes. Just 10 minutes for a 6 year old who has been waiting for this toy for most of the year. Mmm! Unbelievable! It was literally the only thing she really wanted for Christmas. Our son had a Zoomer Dino many years ago at the age of 6 and it lasted for hours. And Dino then cost a little over $100. This puppy was on sale when my mom bought him. It is foolish to think that this pup will function like a dinosaur. Aside from the bad battery, he only half recognizes commands. He mostly minds his own business, which can be very frustrating for adults. My daughter on the other hand is just happy to have a puppy so she smiles at everything he does. But if he carries out the order correctly, my daughter will go nuts. After 10 minutes it dies and we have to charge it for about an hour. We also programmed his name for personalized voice commands. He recognized him all afternoon. And FYI, when programming the name, follow the instructions carefully. When it is said that you must be in complete silence for this, it is so true. Literally go to the room furthest from anyone or anything, lock the door to keep the kids out, maybe put everyone in a choke hold because this thing is so sensitive, and program it. If someone is cooking downstairs, you don't need to program. Just wait cause he'll take on boiling water and sizzling food lol. just annoying tt All this just to keep him from answering his name in the last few days. Chile I really want to finish this thing lol. My daughter has no idea that I hate this toy because, as always, we parents bravely smile and enjoy it. It's been 3 days and I'm tired of hiding my frustration lol. I will not destroy their happiness. Oh yeah, and sometimes the motor wastes and wastes and the pup itself doesn't do anything (it worries me because I'm thinking about what happens when it overheats) IDK, ugh. I really can't believe it. I'll deal with this madness until she gets sick of it πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ˜ Note: I usually always read reviews because we help each other. That's why I give honest reviews no matter what. However, my mother bought it for our daughter for Christmas. And it was on sale 2 months ago, so she jumped at it right away. Will never buy anything from this seller again, nor anything else. Apparently not like 7 years ago. Or maybe they were on sale because of bad battery and reviews. Here's a positive one, although it's cute. DO NOT BUY IF YOUR CHILD IS INTOLERANT OR IF ANY OF THE ABOVE MEANING IS. Well, if you don't mind 10 minutes of battery life, charging every hour for only 10 minutes of battery life, unresponsive commands and system crashes, then go for it πŸ™„ Ps - I have a video and I'll be posting more videos on mine on your daughter's IG page , so feel free to check her out @love_jnj on IG
