When I bought this I knew it wouldn't be quite up to date as none of them had the US label yet (although I know that they are everything is made in China anyway, sometimes a more expensive label means some standards). What, as they say. It's a great idea and I hope it will be improved to be a little bit more reliable even for a bit more money. For the price, I'm happy, but there are definitely some issues. Pros: - It's so easy and my kids love to use it which makes them drink more water - We've gotten through 2 weeks and 10 gallons and haven't had to charge it yet - Didn't have to buy or make room for a bulky dispenser - Er delivers about 8 ounces and then stops on its own. Cons: - It doesn't fit the bottle well, even with the plastic caps I bought separately. I would like it to come with a few extra parts to fit different bottles. My husband said it turned itself on once, luckily it's loud enough to hear. - Lowering the spout will NOT turn off the pump. , I just learned this the hard way when I accidentally pressed the button while lowering the spout. So again, it's a great concept and I like it, but it definitely needs improvement to avoid major water pollution and potential damage.
